Research Collaborations

Eden to Addo has initiated research collaborations with various universities and institutes to partner on research which focusses on the need for corridors and the impact of corridor establishment on biodiversity trends and ecosystem functionality. Presently we are collaborating with Stellenbosch University and their associated organisation Wildlife Free to Roam, the Senckenberg Institute from Frankfurt, Germany and with students doing internships from Wageningen University in the Netherlands.

We are open to further research collaborations with both local and international institutions and students so please do get in touch if you are interested in the social, structural or functional importance of corridors as vectors for biodiversity protection, land restoration, ecosystem health and sustainable livelihoods.
